I needed to renovate a beautiful, architecturally designed beach house that required a range of updates and fixes due to the time since its initial build, and due to the beachfront locale and salt and weather damage that comes with that.
As soon as I met Joel Jones, I knew he was the right person for the job - he had an inherent understanding of the house, and of the work that had been done on the original build, 20-years earlier. Joel had great respect for the amount of woodwork involved in the house, and worked with it and fixed it very sympathetically.
Joel’s team, more broadly, was also great - whatever was required for the house, Joel had a very good quality tradesperson ready to go, and he co-ordinated the trades effortlessly, which made the renovation so much easier. He also had some great ideas for the renovations and repairs.
When there were decisions to be made, he was a good sounding board. He had respect for time and budgetary constraints. On top of all this, Joel is an outstanding human being, and a consummate professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any building work.
